We aim to process all orders within the first 48 hours of purchase, this time may be subject to change do to natures of production or higher order volumes on certain products.

Upon completion of orders we are not able to change the shipping address — unless there is a spelling mistake or minor adjustment. Please immediately contact us if you have this issue with your order number as subject.

Upon completion of orders you will receive an email notification, you will be also notified once the order is processed & shipped. Upon shipment you you will be able to track your order via tracking info.

Please note, purchases made for seasonal sales such as Black Friday/ Cyber Monday & Holidays take longer than usual because of high order volumes.
